Writing to your sponsored child can have a huge impact on their life and has many benefits for both you and the child. Whether you are a new sponsor starting the letter-writing process for the first time or a long-term sponsor getting back into the rhythm of things, all you have to do is follow these few simple steps:
Step 1: Go to justiceandmercy.org and click “MyProfile” in the top right corner.
Step 2: Enter your email and password and click sign-in.
* Don’t know your password? Click “Forgot Password” to reset it.
Step 3: Now you’re on the homepage of your JMI profile. In the left menu, select Inbox. If you have an unread message, you’ll see a number in a circle.
Step 4: To reply to a message, scroll down to view the reply field. Type your message, and if you’d like, add a photo attachment. Then click the “send reply” button.
To write your child, outside of responding to their letter, click the blue “Start a New Conversation” button.
If you’re looking for your SENT messages, you’ll find those as individual replies to the letters from your child. Access those by clicking the letter that you responded to and scrolling down to see what you sent.
