Annual Report

Justice & Mercy International (JMI) is a faith-based, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that exists to make justice personal for the poor, the orphaned, and the forgotten of the world. View our detailed financial data at ECFA here.

Sponsorship Payments

Please be aware that all financial contributions toward sponsorship of any kind through JMI are received into our general fund and are not considered as designated giving. JMI has elected to treat all contributions as undesignated gifts to minimize our administration costs for legal and accounting burdens that accompany designated gifts, thereby ensuring that the kids receive the greatest possible value from the donated funds. Treating your gift as undesignated also provides JMI with flexibility in managing donated funds in a way that serves the best interests of our kids and programs, and meets the most critical needs, some of which include desperately needed improvements to orphanage facilities and services. It also helps prevent any misunderstanding among the kids, staff, and sponsors, with respect to authority and accountability issues that might otherwise arise. While sponsorship benefits vary according to the individual needs of sponsored children, local resources, and other considerations, the benefits described with each type of sponsorship express our best intentions to apply your giving in the most faithful means possible.

Sponsorship Special Gift Policy

Sponsorship birthday and Christmas gift donations are a meaningful way to bless your sponsored child. Just put your sponsoree’s name in the note field on this form. In order to purchase a substantial gift, we ask that you donate a minimum of $30 per child, and to keep things equitable, a maximum of $50 (Vulnerable Child) or $60 (Transitional Living Teen). If your sponsored child leaves the program before their gift can be delivered, or if a donation exceeds our limit for individual gifts, the remaining funds will be used to support another child or family in need within our programs. This ensures every gift is used wisely and continues to make a positive impact. Please note: Each special gift includes a $5 administrative and processing surcharge to cover currency exchange fees, local delivery costs, and the staff time required to coordinate gifts with care.

Mission Trip Payments

JMI recognizes all mission trip team registration fees as tax-deductible and non-refundable—whether funds are given to cover the donor’s trip costs or those of a tribute. Contributions are solicited with the understanding that JMI has complete discretion and control over the use of all donated funds.

Donor Privacy

This policy applies to all information received by Justice and Mercy International, both online and offline, as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications. To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider, our donors’ information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation. Otherwise, we will not sell, share or trade our donors’ names or personal information with any other entity, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations… Read More
