Hope and A Future
For more than 15 years, Justice & Mercy International has walked alongside vulnerable teenagers in Moldova, preventing human trafficking while providing hope and a future for girls and boys who face incredible hardship every day.
Our Transitional Living program includes four Christ-centered homes for vulnerable girls and boys in the country’s northern and central regions, where teens can continue their education, receive discipleship, and prepare for independent life.
Teens receive spiritual guidance, counseling, tutoring, life skills, vocational support, and the opportunity for higher education—all in a family-like setting where they can grow in faith and build a hopeful future. This program is vital in preventing human trafficking by providing safety and support during one of the most vulnerable seasons of life.
JMI’s mission is to raise a new generation of Christian leaders in Moldova through the Transitional Living program.
GET INVOLVED
Sponsor a Teen
Sponsorship Provides:
- Housing in one of our girls’ or boys’ homes
- Care and discipleship from a live-in houseparent
- Gospel-centered community of peers
- Financial assistance for education
- Necessities like clothes, hygiene items, and school supplies
- Transportation allowance
- Medical and dental care
- Job and life skills training, English lessons, volunteer opportunities, and resume coaching
- Regular access to a social worker, nurse, and counselor
- Monthly programming, including Bible studies, and access to a translator for communication with their sponsor(s) year-round

Our Transitional Living Program is the most effective and most expensive ministry JMI runs in Moldova. If every Transitional Living Teen is fully sponsored each year, JMI still runs a $100,000+ annual deficit for this program.
