An Important Message for ALL JMI Sponsors:
Today we launch a brand new online sponsorship experience!
You’ll notice that when you go to log in to your JMI sponsor account, it looks a bit different. I have some important information that you’ll need to access your account.
If you are a current JMI sponsor, you ALREADY have an account in our new system. You do NOT need to create a new account!
Simply follow the steps below to set up your password and log in.
- Go to https://justiceandmercy.
reachapp.co/users/sign_in - Enter the email address that you have previously used on our prior system (MyJMI) and click “sign-in”. There is no requirement to enter a password at this point.
- The new site will recognize your email and send an email to verify your account and set up a new password of your choice.
A note about your donation history:
We are working on populating your giving history from January 2020 to present onto your new MyProfile page. That data transfer should be completed within about 2 weeks. Please note that if you give through a foundation or charitable account, these will show up on your new profile as a direct payment rather than a soft credit. However, these will be correctly accounted for on your year-end giving statement that JMI will send to you. If your payment is not correctly associated with a specific sponsorship in your new MyProfile, it’s because you are paying by check or through our old credit card processing system. If you would like to have real-time donation history in your account, please add your payment information directly into your new account and then alert Crystal in our office (crystal.koelsch@
