There is no better mission trip for the truly adventurous at heart than this one! Sleep and eat on a double decker boat as we travel up the Amazon and it’s tributaries, going from village to village sharing the gospel among desperately impoverished people.
We’ll spend several days interviewing children being serviced through the Ray of Hope soup kitchen as well as worshipping and leading out in children’s ministries along the river. You’ll see monkeys, parrots, cayman crocodiles, and yes, a snake or two, and you’ll fish for and eat piranha (mmmm, tasty!). Somewhat surprisingly, we had more ladies than men go on last year’s trip and they loved it!
