We are so excited to let you know that Kelly Minter will be hosting an Online Summer Bible Study on the book of Nehemiah starting June 22.

A 6-week study with free videos she’s recording straight from her home. As you know, Kelly is part of the JMI family and has been influential in making justice personal in both the Amazon and Moldova since the beginning. Her faithful support has made a difference in the lives of so many. Kelly will be sharing about her experiences with JMI throughout the study, so you’ll get a taste of Moldova and the Amazon. There will also be an exclusive opportunity and call to action for this group to make a significant difference in the lives of the poor, and the vulnerable. See more details here.

When Kelly first wrote Nehemiah: A Heart That Can Break, our hometown of Nashville had been hit with a hundred-year flood, devastating parts of the community. We had a lot of rebuilding to do. Kelly had no idea how timely writing that study would be for her personally. While Jerusalem (and parts of Nashville at the time) needed to be rebuilt, more importantly, its people needed to be restored. How timely that feels for our current day! With fresh teaching videos that are current to the moment while relying on the eternal truths of Scripture, this study is accessible for anyone to join no matter where you are.

Here’s what you need to get started:

1. Purchase a copy of the Nehemiah Bible Study here, or at LifeWay, or Amazon. (LifeWay is offering the ebook for $5 here).

2. Sign up for the Online Nehemiah Bible Study that gives you access to the weekly FREE videos. (Look for an email with additional information after signing up.)

3. Invite your friends by sharing this link with them: kellyminter.com/nehemiah.

We hope you can join us this summer as we look outside of ourselves and towards God and others. This is a chance for us to consider the needs that surround us and to listen closely to what breaks our hearts — because a broken heart is often the very thing God uses to restore the broken.
