We are only a few months away from our 5th Annual Jungle Pastors’ Conference! God is recruiting very special pastors, new-comers and veterans, to be with us for that one week.
As we plan and pray for our time together in February, pastors who have participated in the past are recruiting new pastors to come take part. Many of those who came in 2015 were challenged to multiply their leadership and mentor members of their church in leadership and they did! Many are bringing one or two lay leaders that they have developed within the church. That, in the Amazon, is an amazing fact!
It has been encouraging to see in their churches and ministries how they have applied the knowledge they gained and how the Lord of the Harvest has blessed them in 2015.
We celebrate today what is ahead of us! We are grateful for our American and UK partners who have invested in the lives of these heroes in order for them to attend the 5th Annual Jungle Pastors’ Conference. And of course, we are excited for the team of pastors and leaders that are coming to teach and equip these precious ones. God has put together an outstanding team for the 2016 Conference, including Mike Minter, Angela Thomas, Jeff Simmons, Kelly Minter, David Shedd, and more. We are excited to see what He is going to do in and through us.
Join us in giving thanks to our God who has faithfully provided in grace and power for this project to continue. God’s favor has been upon us and we will continue to pursue Him in obedience to His purposes for these Jungle Churches.
