Lee Company’s mission team took several teenagers from Internat II to the Orhei Monastery. Pictured at from left to right, Nina Svisci (16), Tania Lencautan (14), and Irina Docuciaev (14). It was the first time the girls had ever seen the monastery, and after eating at the food court at Mall Dova, the team discovered it was the first time they’d ever been into a mall.

Lee Company’s Steve Gammon and Brad Sims present Iurie Dontu, Director of Internat II, with the Lee Company International Humanitarian Award, the first award of its kind ever presented from the company, for his work with Lee Company’s efforts to improve living conditions at the orphanage. Lee Company’s crew renovated shower facilities, retro-fitted water systems, drain lines, and privacy improvements to bath facilities by updating what was one existing shower into what is now 8 shower systems.
